اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Allahumma Anta Rabbi la ilaha illa Ant, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduk, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata't, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana't, abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya, wa abu'u bidhanbi faghfir li, fa'innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa Ant

O Allah, You are my Lord — none has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your blessing upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me — for none forgives sins except You.

The master supplication for seeking forgiveness — morning and evening.

حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ

Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal-wakil

Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.

Repeat in moments of fear, waswas, or when symptoms flare.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ، مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ، اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ

Bismillahi arqik, min kulli shay'in yu'dhik, min sharri kulli nafsin aw 'ayni hasid, Allahu yashfik, bismillahi arqik

In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you — from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul and envious eye. May Allah heal you. In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you.

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

La ilaha illa Anta, subhanaka, inni kuntu minaz-zalimin

There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.

The supplication of Yunus in the belly of the whale — a relief from every distress.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wal-'ajzi wal-kasal, wal-bukhli wal-jubn, wa dala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debt and being overcome by men.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ

Bismillah, tawakkaltu 'alallah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah

In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.

Whoever says this when leaving home is guided, sufficed, and protected — and shaytan withdraws from him.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanah, wa fil-akhirati hasanah, wa qina 'adhaban-nar

Our Lord, give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
